      Hainan Yongtao Huali Valley Cultural Tourism Resort is a national AAAA scenic spot. Located in Ledong Li Autonomous County and Dongfang City, Hainan Province, it is about 7km away from the peak interchange of the Western Ring Expressway, 290km away from Haikou Meilan International Airport in the north and 97km away from Sanya Fenghuang International Airport in the south. One kilometer to the west of the project area can reach the national highway 225, 14 kilometers to the north of the national highway 225 can reach the jinyuewan high-speed railway station, and 18 kilometers to the South can reach the Jianfeng high-speed railway station. There are existing roads around the project area, which are close to the mountain and the sea. The transportation is very convenient and the location conditions are good. In addition, the Hainan Provincial Department of transportation has applied for the opening of the highway of Hainan Yongtao Huali Valley Cultural Tourism Resort.

Since 2004, Hainan Yongtao group has built Huali Valley Cultural Tourism Resort here. Hainan Huanghua pear, the endangered "panda in the tree", has been planted in the resort. Now there are more than 1.2 million Hainan Huanghua pear trees in the resort, which are 15 years old and about 11-18cm in diameter. It is the largest, most concentrated and oldest planting base of Haihuang in the world.

In the cultivation and construction, each link of seedling acceptance, maintenance management and construction operation has a detailed division of labor, clear responsibility, interlocking, coordinated and orderly, and each process has standardized operation. The introduction of Israeli irrigation technology, scientific construction, for each Huanghua pear file, strict quality control. After preliminary planning, the resort takes "Huali culture" as its brand, and is a comprehensive cultural tourism resort integrating tourism, agriculture, scientific research and health education.
